IN WHICH LANGUAGE WILL THE RENTAL LEASE BE SIGNED ?

REFUND POLICY

The first month is always due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Compensation for cancellation of reservation by the lessee:

• 8 days before arrival: 10% of the amount of the rent.

• Less than 8 days before arrival: 50% of the amount of the rent.

• Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the rent
